Today’s Seedlings, Tomorrow’s Blossoms

Seeds International graced F.A.P.S on Friday 28th October 2016 sharing the message that prayer is powerful and with divine intervention one can achieve feats which may seem impossible.

The school has benefited from this partnership for many years and is appreciative of the yearly positive deposits in the lives of the youth in a very memorable, fun and interactive way – through songs, skits and puppet shows.

Keep up the great work Seeds – nurturing our seedlings!

Bon Fet Kweyol

Students, parents and teachers all indulged in creole activities at F.A.P.S on Friday 28th October 2016 . The day was all about speaking, singing, feasting as well as participating  in creole activities; it started off with a breakfast organised by the Parent-Teacher’s Association followed by performances at a school gathering by each grade, lunch on a class level and the grand finale of rolling sec, kabowe plus bamboo bursting and solo.

Although a fun-filled day, it’s just a primer for the main event over the weekend.

Fire at F.A.P.S

Environs looked on in amazement as the Principal and staff of the Fond Assau Primary school extinguished blaze after blaze. This was part of a fire safety and prevention session conducted by Sub Officer 442 Cazabon from the Fire Department.

Everyone left the workshop with a better understanding of fire safety and prevention, what a fire needs to get started, how to respond if there is an unwanted fire and the highlight of the day; how to extinguish a fire.

This was indeed a very memorable experience for onlookers and participants alike.
